A short meditation for the full moon:
Ground into the Earth
See, sense, feel a golden chord running from the heavens through your crown, down your spinal chord, out the tip of your sacrum into the core of the Earth, like a plug into a socket.
Allow all the old, stagnant energies that no longer serve you to be released into the Earth where she will burn it up and recycle it for good.
Experience your entire being filled with a luminous light from your crown down into your toes. Like liquid gold filling and forming into all cells, regenerating and rejuvenating, bringing new life into your being.
Let internal awareness rest at heart center.
Soak in that essence of your Divine radiance.
