Join Kate for a sacred journey into nervous system healing, somatic safety, and spiritual reconnection—through the gentle, powerful rhythm of your breath.
This 4-week live breathwork series was created from the depth of my own healing—where breath became both sanctuary and sacred mirror.
Each week, we’ll focus on clearing a specific survival strategy that once helped us cope, and integrating a new thriving strategy aligned with your true energy blueprint. This isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about honoring what’s protected you, and gently stepping into who you were always meant to be.

• Release stress and stored emotion in a safe, gentle way

Each 60-minute session includes:
• Breath-centered teaching & guided breathwork
• Nervous system education for embodied integration
• Spiritual reflection, grounding, and regulation tools
• Replay access available for 30 days
