Integral Breath Therapy (IBT) is a trauma-informed, body-centered practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to support healing and integration across physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Through specific breathing patterns, your body naturally begins to release tension, complete stress cycles, and rewire old patterns that once kept you in survival mode.
Breath becomes the key to restoring connection between body, mind, and soul, allowing you to experience clarity, vitality, and grounded peace.
