This 4-week Integral Breath Therapy series is designed to help you gently unwind anxiety at its roots by working directly with your nervous system. Through trauma-informed breath practices, somatic awareness, and supportive guidance, you will learn how to move your body out of survival patterns and into a steadier, more grounded state.
Each week, you’ll be guided through conscious, connected breathing techniques that help regulate your system, release stored tension, and create internal safety. You will also explore simple tools you can use daily to reduce overwhelm, calm your mind, and reconnect with your center.
This is not fast, forceful breathwork.
Integral Breath Therapy is gentle, integrative, and deeply supportive—meeting you exactly where you are and helping your system return to ease at a pace that feels safe.
In this series, you will:
- Learn foundational Integral Breath Therapy techniques for anxiety relief
- Understand how anxiety shows up in your nervous system and how to interrupt the cycle
- Release accumulated tension through gentle, connected breathing
- Increase your capacity for clarity, calm, and emotional regulation
- Build daily practices that support sustained internal peace
- Feel supported in a compassionate community space
Every session includes guided breath therapy, somatic education, and time for integration so you can carry these tools into your daily life.
